Mikky & The Doom Music Video Premiere Party with Pinwheel – A Free Night of Austin Rock
Witness the Spectacle: Mikky & The Doom Music Video Premiere Party with Pinwheel – A Free Night of Austin Rock
Welcome Doomers to a night you’ve all been waiting for — the premiere of our new music video “H2hOe!” If you like hotdogs, trains, and puppetry then we’ll see you there! We’ll begin the night with a screening, some special behind the scenes coverage, a Q&A with the crew, then a set by Pinwheel, and finally we’ll close out the night with a killer performance by yours truly, Mikky & The Doom. This is a night you DON’T want to miss. Did we mention it’s free?
Get ready for a night of raw energy and theatrical rock as Austin’s own Mikky & The Doom unveils their brand new music video! We’re throwing a FREE premiere party at Kick Butt Coffee on Sunday, November 2, and you’re invited.
The evening kicks off with doors at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early to grab a spot for the main event: the exclusive screening and Q&A session with the band at 7:30 PM. Go behind the scenes and learn the secrets behind the video’s creation.
This is a double-header of Austin’s finest. The night continues with a live soundtrack of powerful, atmospheric rock from the heavy and hypnotic Pinwheel. Renowned for their dark soundscapes, they blend haunting melodies with aggressive, crushing rhythms to create an immersive and intense live experience.
Then, the stage will ignite with the headlining performance from Mikky & The Doom. Fronted by the captivating Mikky Rib (Marijke Boers), the band delivers a potent cocktail of indie rock, glam, and pop, infused with lyrical themes of sex-positivity and pure theatricality. It’s a show that is as thought-provoking as it is electrifying.
Event Schedule:
7:00 PM: Doors Open
7:30 PM: Mikky & The Doom Music Video Screening + Q&A
8:30 PM: Live Set by Pinwheel
9:15 PM: Live Headlining Performance by Mikky & The Doom
Don’t miss this FREE celebration of local music and visual artistry. It’s more than a screening; it’s a full-blown rock experience.
