This event is committed to building unity in the Leather Communities, providing Leather Space for Leather People, and Leather Education for all.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All attendees must be over the legal age of 21 years old or older, have valid legal photo id and sign the Event Waivers.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking at the event is FREE.
Airport transportation options can be located at the “Hotel Info” section of leatherprideintexas.org for all the details.
The hotel does provide a shuttle in a limited area for nearby restaurants, etc… Please contact the hotel for further details on this topic.
What can I bring into the event?
Legal photo id, your paper ticket and whatever clothing style you wish to wear during the event is up to you. This is a Leather event and all basic Leather protocols will be in place. Please refer to the Event Waiver for more details on this topic.
What’s the refund policy?
Sorry, there are no refunds on any ticket purchases.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Bring your printed ticket to Registration with your legal photo ID. Upon verification, your printed ticket will be exchanged for an Event wristband. This wristband must be worn throughout the event and visible at all times.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No. The name on the printed ticket must match your legal photo ID. Transfers are not allowed
