Austin Witchfest 2022

March 5, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Austin Witchfest Inc. is an Austin-based 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to the celebration and education of the religion of witchcraft. Held in the beautiful outdoor spaces of Pioneer Farms, we hope that you will join us for a day full of workshops, rituals, vendors, raffle prizes, entertainment and more! A portion of net proceeds will be donated to charity.
– Admission tickets are $10 per person. Children 12 and under enter for free. On-site parking, all rituals and workshops and a single raffle ticket are included.
– Tickets are available for purchase through Eventbrite. No refunds. We will also accept CASH ONLY at the entrance for as long as capacity permits. All sales final. For those that pre-purchased tickets, please have your tickets out and available upon entrance to be scanned.
– Pets are not allowed on Pioneer Farms property. Pioneer Farms has livestock on property and because of this we ask you to leave your pets at home. Service animals are welcome on-site to assist their owners. This does not include emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals.
– No weapons should be brought into the festival grounds. In fact, if you purchase a blade from one of our vendors, it will be walked up to the front for you to claim upon exit. We want to provide a safe environment for all and accidents can happen, especially with the sharp, pointy stuff!
– The dress code is casual and family friendly. In general, this means no nudity and/or dress that depicts things such as nudity, sex, extreme horror, profanity, racial slurs, innuendo, drug use, defamation of any religion, and/or racism. If you come dressed inappropriately, you will be turned away or asked to cover up/change.
– The festival will be held outdoors with limited shade, rain or shine. The average high temperature for this time of year is between 69° and 75° and sunny, however, this is Texas, where the weather changes on a whim, so please check the forecast beforehand!
– While most vendors will accept credit card payments, there will be no ATM on site and limited ability to make change, so please make sure to plan ahead.
COVID Guidelines:
– Currently Austin-Travis County is in Stage 2. According Austin Public Health fully vaccinated individuals are able to participate in indoor or outdoor private gatherings and dine or shop without precautions. For those that are unvaccinated, it is recommend to still wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth and that you socially distance a minimum of 3 feet.
– We will have handwashing stations at the festival, but masking and social distancing will not be enforced. We recommend that each person evaluate their situation to determine if masking and/or social distancing is appropriate.
– This is subject to change. March is still a long way off!
– Parking is available on-site and included in your admission ticket for as long as capacity allows. The front parking lot, which can hold 500, will be designated primarily for handicap. Please make sure you have your handicap decal visible upon arrival. Main parking will be in a large back field. Someone will direct you to the appropriate lot at entry.

– Each admission ticket purchase will come with a single raffle ticket. Raffle tickets will NOT be given to children 12 and under, however, additional raffle tickets can be purchased separately for $5 a ticket. Raffle items consist of items donated by our vendors and should retail for around $20 USD. You must be present to win. The raffle giveaway times are TBD.
